The Project

Redesign the logo and visual identity for Ceres, a data-driven NGO that focuses on building a more sustainable future environmentally and economically.

The Approach

Ceres, also the name of a spherical asteroid, focuses on sustainable solutions for the planet's environment and economy. These efforts are collaborative, holistic, and data-driven, so the new logo is based on a system of perfect circles and combines more than one form to create the whole.

The pattern

Geometric patterns help to emphasize the organizations' close relationship with data and economics. The illusion of stacked cubes symbolize the NGO's collaborative efforts to build a more sustainable future.

A Dynamic Logo for a Dynamic NGO

The logo has been redesigned to specify the organization's four initiatives. (climate change, workplace equity, water, and economic sustainability)
